I get an "Forbidden, You don't have permission to access this server" when I try to access my site. Why?
You must have an index.htm or index.html file as the home page file on your web server space. Once you upload your home page file onto your hosting space and name it index.htm or index.html, the error message will go away and your new home page will load. vSpaceLab's Hosting servers recognize only those file names as home pages.
